Casa Foch was built in the 1930s, when residents of the downtown colonial area began moving out into prestigious neighborhoods like La Mariscal. Casa Foch is located on the street Mariscal Foch, which is at the heart of the Mariscal district, Quito’s main tourist area. Casa Foch Boutique Hotel’s recent two-year renovation closely followed the original design of the building, leaving the exterior facade identical to the original and keeping the warmth of the home intact.

ACCOMMODATION

Inspired by themes from nature, the rooms have been lovingly designed to include original art and photography that relate to each room’s name. The 15 uniquely decorated rooms, including the generous family suites, hold 35 guests.

First and second floor rooms have wood stoves or balconies with the original restored hardwood floors and cedar doors. The spacious third floor suites have beautiful sloped wood-paneled ceilings that provide cozy warmth on brisk Quito nights.
